It's a creationist, I don't know what you're really expecting.

Evolution is a total hoaxWhere did all the unselected species go?"What do you mean 'where did they go?' They became extinct."Where are all the animals with legs facing backwards? They never existed"No they didn't and nothing in evolution says they did! Before you criticize an idea don't you think you should at least take the time to understand what it is first?

I will thank you

alunhughs. If you are talking about my butterfly piece. Sorry no links, I remember it from a lecture I watched on TV. Try googling Hawaii butterfly evolve, there are a few things.

Mutations aren't "failed attempts", they're a by-product of faulty DNA/RNA replication. Mutations alter the genetic code, diverse population undergoes natural selection, those with best fit traits survive and pass on their genes.2 sets aren't required. Sexual reproduction requires two differing sets of chromosomes to produce an offspring highly different from it's parents, increasing diversity, creating a more diverse population, increasing the chances for better-fit organisms to live on.

Google *Observed speciation* for proof of evolution. There are hundreds of examples. :)

There is observation in evolution. There are two species of butterflies on Hawaii, indigenous to the islands, that have mouth parts meant specifically for eating only bananas, and that's all they eat and can eat. What's so special? Bananas were not introduced to Hawaii until a few thousand years ago. These butterflys evolved to eat only bannanas.

Something doesn't make sense to me: If mutations are the failed attempt at cells trying to replicate itself, why is it required (forgetting cloning at the moment) for there to be 2 sets of DNA when making a baby? |
