oh, not all government prototypes are boondoggles. eisenhower's federal interstate system, for example. but so many of them are. here in Los Angeles, we have a light-rail system that doesn't go anywhere!

That's a good question. I believe it's been reopened since the panel that fell on that poor lady. But I don't know for sure.

One addition I'd include: Wolfowitz, who phrased the reconstruction agreement to circumvent restrictions by the WTO, was later put IN CHARGE of the WTO. Coincidence? I think not.
