Allen was one of Total/Leonardo's "key" voice actors from the very beginning in 1960, 'wiley'; I'm sure you know he was also "Odie Colognie" (using his Ronald Colman impression), "Itchy Brother" and "Tooter Turtle" on "KING LEONARDO AND HIS SHORT SUBJECTS"...

Allen Swift also voiced Simon Boris Sinister and Riff-Raff in the same show, and he did a lot of voices for those Gene Deitch-produced Tom and Jerry cartoons in the early 1960s.

Allen Swift is the voice of "Slippery/Electric Eel"; George S. Irving is indeed the narrator (and the one who says, "Don't touch that dial!" in the opening bumper}...

OK, the correctional officers are surprised; why don't they shoot Slippery Eel and his gang? They had plenty of time to do it?
