Haha, it's from a show where he answer's questions sent in. Also, it is an obligation many muslims have forgotten. It's up to Allah whether He punishes or forgives. But the Prophet saws commanded us to let our beards grow, so if we shave, we are openly disobeying his command. Now of course, not all obligations are on the same level, but it is still an obligation and we should try and fulfill it.

I never would have thought that there would be a video on Youtube about this.The linked video was very in depth. "And that was only about the beard!"I found it a little funny when he was trying to be nice to the ladys that might have beards!If someone sins by shaving, How are they punished or forgiven?
