he did reawaken at any funeral. he woke up in the hospital and totally walked out and got these two girls who were outside mourning his "death" to bring him home, then he went and shot up again. he's amazingly crazy. (L)

if you had read the book you would that the funeral he speaks of, was not his...but his grandmother's (or Nona as they called her). He was too messed up on heroin to bother going to the funeral.

but he made it possible there for its not dumb, he reawakening at his funeral, now that's some freaky shit, kind cool actually, but not dumb, unless he was announced dead, then a few minutes revived, and then had his funeral for no apparent reason just to come out of the coffin thinking he is cool, then that would be dumb, and very fucking cheesy, but since i hear he was dead and at his funeral he awaken, then that's just awesome, like wtf that's unexpected.
