What components would you want to upgrade?

You can do the same on a mac - hold Command Option & press escape. Same thing happens.

I will never own a Mac until Apple makes allowances for the fact that I may want to upgrade the components. And yes, I was given a free mac by a friend who had no use for it. 2 weeks later I gave it away because I didn't have any use for it either I discovered. That's why Macs are free.

Task Manager is a blessing on PCs. If a program locks up on a Mac, there is NOTHING you can do besides wait! On a PC, just hold Ctrl Alt Delete, and the helpful little menu comes up, so it's just select the window that is causing you trouble, End Task, then hit End now when the question pops up! then it's at most a few second wait and you're free!
