thats definitly not true. There is a lot of quality hiphop dropping from the US even today. Since its such a large magnitude of hiphop dropping, saying that all dropping is ttl crap is bullshit. Mainstream hiphop has totally spiralled down though.

First I want to say, that The Streets is some of the best music!The Streets is a mix between rap and UK garage. He IS rapping the lyrics over a rap beat, so I think it's fair enough to call The Streets rap!
