The one with red flame at 5:12 is the remade sword of Nerevar himself, Trueflame. The One at the beginning is in fact the False Goddess Almalexia's Hopesfire. You get to destroy her in the main quest of mournhold and take it. The swords were wedding gifts from a Dwemer friend on the day Nerevar wed Almalexia.

I don't know it's name because I sadly don't have the Tribunal version of Morrowind, but it belongs (Or at least it did) to the False Godess Almalexia, you have to kill her for it.
