True Mongodelight.But for some others (a few others) this is inherent to who they are. They didnt learn it, it is not a mimic. They were born with it, and it is a part of their persona.

Personally, I'd rather have McCain over Obama but this video speaks the truth. (But don't worry, I'm not voting for McCain either. Bob Barr '08!) A lot of Obama's successes in this election year, I believe, has to do with his public speaking skills. And if he becomes president than that's a good skill to have to maybe reach across the aisle or to speak with foreign leaders. But if he puts his all to giving a speech about raising taxes I still won't like that speech. Hopefully he won't.

Just one more thing i want to say; yes the gov can help people get into college, i am for taxes (in that area) being raised for that reason. But the majority of the money that goes into the gov is wasted and very few of it actually comes back to the people. I think we both can agree that we just want policies that can help others and it was nice talking to you too.

On the other hand taxing higher would make it possible for more people to reach their dreams, perhaps college could be made cheaper or free :) . I don't know. I just don't think that you have to have millions in stake in order for people to work hard, most people just want to be a little bit better of than before. Don't think I have much more to ad, but it was nice talking to you. :) //

you do make a good point. however, we may have to import more but we are trying to find ways not to. Drilling here is one way. Also, it has always been the American way and Dream that if you work hard enough, you can attain great heights. Many people have started at the bottom and worked their way up. Taxing higher would lower ambition and it would make it more difficult for people to be successfull.

You would agree that you have to import considerably more than you can produce anyway right? Now ofcourse diferent patients need diferent medicine. It's up to you. I'm just saying: think about it first. You allready have among the lowest taxes amongst the developt countries and credit spending is at a peak. As for not paying for others, I am at the core belief that every man wants to do his best and stand on his own, ofcourse there will always be exepctions, but you can't let that bring you down
