i totally agree with you that the voice is haunting. he looks and sounds so earnest in his lyrics that it makes my heart hurt.

Wow. This was a gorgeous version of the song. Better than the album. Watching him... he's only half-way there; the rest of him is lost in that song. It was tragically beautiful. I'm very happy he's doing better and they're still making music, but Neon Ballroom is my favorite album for this reason.
