You know what PCT does? It minimizes the side-effects of steroids. Minimizes. Steroids lower testosterone production, causing the testicles to shrink. PCT helps the damaged liver. You know for what? Preparing it for another round of steroids. Why do you think steroids are used only for people with serious muscle problems and not made legal to the public in most countries? Because of this abuse. Bodybuilding is healthy. Abusing steroids and sleeping during the day to gain some muscle is not.

I want you to go to Google right now and type in "Post Cycle Therapy". Don't come back here until you've spent a few hours reading.

With all that muscle, he can't even comfortably bring his arms together in front of his chest. His life was centered around working out so that he could pose his body to win money. At one point, he took horse steroids. Some side affects include loss of sex drive, increased risk for HIV, heart damage, liver damage, growth of facial hair for women, etc.

Steroids do not damage cells.

Can't move around without struggle? What are you, kidding me? He ran, he jogged, he did yoga and ballet at his bodyweight. Most pro bodybuilders are very mobile and flexible. I would work out 5 hours a day until it hurt if I could, as well. Steroids do not damage the body. He took fairly lose dose testosterone supplementation. What makes you think this is unhealthy?

Pump means when muscles become filled with blood and expand causing a tight sensation and making them appear larger.

He has so much muscle that he can't move around without struggle. He worked out 5 hours a day every day until it hurted and then some. Finally, he took horse roids to damage his cells. That's not "healthy and beautiful". |
