ok i have to say that was so scary when you hear what hes thinking as they cut into him. the worst part is that he can do nothing because hes paralyzed. well i guess that now everyone knows the boy has a good set of lungs! i mean he was all like no, no, nooooo! geez that was really freaky!

True, I shouldn't be completely bewildered by this. But still knowing that it can happen is a scary thought no matter how rare it occurs.

Don't be afraid, this is a very rare phenomenom. I was a nurse for 42 years and have never seen it. I've had surgery 9 times myself and it never happened to me.
