(click the high quality link its much clearer! :P)My latest bar routine, a little messy, but overal i was quite happy i got it all flowing even though my straddle shoot was a little off. working on my back away for next time :] and i didnt fall on my squat on! yes! :Psorry the qualitys no so good!
